U.S Supreme Court Won’t Hear Torture Appeal for German Citizen
A German citizen who said he was kidnapped by the Central Intelligence Agency and tortured in a prison in Afghanistan lost his last chance to seek redress in court today when the Supreme Court declined to consider his case. The episode has already caused hard feelings between the United States and Germany.

WTF? Man in Florida on trial for FEEDING HOMELESS PEOPLE!
It's the first trial of its kind. A man is facing a judge and jury for violating Orlando's ban on feeding the homeless. Eric Montanez, 22, was caught feeding a group in Lake Eola Park earlier this year.
